An intumescent fire sealing smoke strip in incorporated in the edging of the shutter and in frame on all side except bottom. These are faced with plywood/decorative veneer or related product to provide aesthetic finish. NOTE: We also provide FIRE RESISTANT wooden frame to give more safety. 2 hours fire rating, integrity and insulation in accordance with the criteria of BS 476: Part 22: 1987 and Report 212 (1)/FR/2003; insulation on door leaf only. 1 hour fire rating, integrity and insulation in accordance with the criteria of BS 476: Part 22: 1987 and IS: 3809: 1979, CNP-2150. Raw materials used in Gujcon Door have been stringently promised through degreasing high temperature drying and special water-resistant resin treating. Hence it avoids the problems of warping, cracking and water absorbing happen with other similar products Note: some colour and pattern variation may occur between actual product and image displayed.
